Cain, on the other hand, found consolation from being a lukewarm man of God, and God had no respect to his offerings and himself as a person. Eventually, instead of changing himself, Cain chose to commit the first murder.The utmost physical and intellectual efforts required for offering the TLM are very much likened to the utmost efforts that Abel put into rising and fattening his flock, which also makes TLM the closest representation, we humans can perform to date, of the perfect immolation of our Lord Jesus Christ.
