Since making this video I’ve uncovered new information about the controllers polling rate. For the Ultimate Bluetooth and Ultimate 2 Bluetooth I have confirmed the following with 8BitDo.

2.4G connection: 250hz (Win PC)

Wired connecton: 250hz (Win PC)

BT connection: 125~200hz (single player)(Win PC/Switch)

BT connection: 50hz (multiple players)(Win PC/Switch)
