GPS Units are great for your motorcycle but chances are you already have a smartphone. How do you get GPS or GPX data on your smartphone, iphone, or android? We didn't end up using a GPS device other than our phones without any problem, here is how.Using number of free resources we were able to plan our #ContinentalDivide route before we left the house. We wanted to have all of this information on our smartphones without using a GPS device or cellular signal. Additionally, this was the best way we could figure out how many miles we'd be doing each day. SPOILER ALERT: Everyday we ended up traveling up to 30-40% more miles than we planned on.
