I am kitty sitting Miss Daisy, which her owner got 17-18 years ago, so that makes her probably around 85 in cat years.
My ex-mother in law picked her up when she was a kitten the same time she picked my son up at Summer Camp (he only went two years in 2002 & 2003) and she rode on his lap on the way home.
She has gotten used to me more over the past two months and she is purring, but she also is ignoring me while having a suspicious look on her face warning me she does not want to be petted at the moment.
