Starting in 1980 I started to record off cable television before that was commonplace, I worked as a video editor and owned a U-Matic recorder I was able to record hundreds of hours Worth of broadcasts. Typically recorded segments versus whole programs and by the end of the decade Felt like I have critical mass to create some video comment. This effortless assisted by access to an early nonlinear editing system which is been standard for sometime revolutionary in 1990. This is one of about five remix works I've made.
