Basic diagnostic tests — ANA, thyroid antibodies, rheumatoid factor, anti-CCP, ESR, CRP — are widely available through standard labs but are frequently not ordered. Symptoms like fatigue, joint pain, puffiness, and intermittent rashes are routinely dismissed when an initial workup comes back normal.
