DontTrustTheRabbit | 8 Words With ONLY TINY DIFFERENCES in German and English @DontTrustTheRabbit | Uploaded October 2018 | Updated October 2024, 4 hours ago.
Hey rabbits!
German would be so much easier to learn if the all words were nothing but literal translations of English words, right? Well, sometimes that's the case and sometimes that's ALMOST the case.
Today I want to talk about 8 German and English words that are very similar, yet different. They have the same concept, the same roots, but their meanings are not completely identical.
That's kinda mean, right? But then again, wouldn't it be boring if one language was just a translation of another? This way both German and English give their vocabulary their very own personality. Join me for today's episode to learn more about this topic! Enjoy!
