ALRIGHT SO I REGRET WATCHING THE LAST EPISODE FBHJSKDLHFKLSDHBNFKLSDH omfg
I binge-watched like 12 episodes of Banana Fish the other day and felt like I needed to make something sad-ish with these two. This anime really is so damn heartbreaking and even this video feels too lighthearted tbh. I just can't imagine editing something happy/smexy/funny with this series, it has literally just scattered my hearts into pieceeessssss dear loooordddd.
Anyways, I decided to use this song because of the first sentence in the lyrics ("You know me the best etc etc---") since it fits Ash and Ejins relationship so darn perfectly. Ash keeps being scared of letting Ejin know that he really does appreciate him and so on, while Ejin steps up and shows Ash that he is there to stay.
ALSO, since I thought about this while making the AMV, and actually got a comment about it aswell: I decided not to add anything from the prison-kiss-scene because that was after all just a way for Ash to pass on information to Ejin, so no "real" emotions were showing, really. Their "real" feelings are expressed in so many scenes which I thought was much more sincere to use in the video, atleast in my opinion :'D
