Weight lose is something that a lot of people contact me about, as people want to know what foods to avoid to lose weight. In this video, I go over 8 foods to avoid when trying to lose weight. I understand that losing weight can be a challenge, so rather than just giving you a list of foods you should never eat, I also provided you with these options and shared some healthy hacks that I've used during my health journey.
