Here's a list of upgrades to do around the house to add value and help sell it for top dollar. These upgrades that I’m going to share dramatically helped to increase my home value over $100k. I’m in the process of building a new home so I am planning to sell my townhome before I close. While going through this process, I learned that the upgrades I did over the years helped my home to increase in value. By increasing my home value, I’m able to get a lot more money back from the sell of my home. That’s money I’m planning to put into my new home.
