I headed down the dirt road in the small village of Buhoma, just outside the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in southern Uganda. I found a small dive bar with a pool table. I was the only mazungo (white) there. I got in line to shoot some 8 ball and ended up on an 11 game winning streak!! By the time I was done the entire place was full ...witnessing the white guy beat all the locals...and the windows crowded with kids and women looking in... it was so much fun and not one word of English!! I was cheered at every win!! They slammed the table at great shots. I only had my I-phone so the photos are not high quality.
