When the dupicate's animation is finished, parent its rotation (and its armature's rotation!) to the original grease pencil object, (which is connected to the camera rotation). And done! (I wish I knew this earlier)Second Note: (also for myself) :3D animation is a lot easier when you have all armature keyframes shown on the timeline. At least to me it's easier.
