A 7-year-old boy was found abandoned on Mount Fuji in Japan. Police say the kid's father left him alone for eight hours so he could continue climbing with his older son. Workers spotted the boy sitting on a bench in the rain. He told them he got tired so his dad gave him a drink and a snack and told him to wait. When the dad returned police scolded him, but decided not to charge him.
