🏆 Goodguys Columbus, Ohio — Best Builder’s Choice Award Winner!
I caught up with T. Rose at the Goodguys event in Columbus, Ohio, to get the story behind one of the wildest custom builds at the show — the 1959 Chevrolet Apache Suburban nicknamed “Wicked.”
This incredible one-off build was created by Reviving Relics of Lebanon, Tennessee, with paint and body work by Priscilla Concepts of Portland, Tennessee, and a completely custom interior by Mobile Toys of College Station, Texas.
Built on a Roadster Shop chassis, “Wicked” features a supercharged LS3 with a Whipple supercharger producing approximately 770 horsepower, massive Forgiato wheels, upgraded brakes, a completely redesigned roofline, custom tailgate, hidden fuel filler, and some of the most detailed craftsmanship you’ll ever see on a classic Suburban.
The interior is a true work of art — computer-designed, CNC-machined, and built with composite materials and 3D-printed components, all wrapped in premium Apex leather. The build also features a Holley Pro Dash, Stinger and AudioControl components, and countless custom touches throughout.
With approximately 1,500 man-hours invested and a build cost exceeding $300,000, this Apache Suburban represents the highest level of custom automotive craftsmanship.
