The second victim of a house explosion last week in Cape St. Claire has died. The Anne Arundel County Fire Department on Friday announced the death of Stanley Synowczynski, 75, who died Thursday night from injuries he suffered in the Aug. 19 explosion on Green Holly Drive. Synowczynski's wife, Linda Synowczynski, 76, was killed in the explosion.
