747 Crew Asks For Houston While Hundreds Of Miles Away — On Fumes  @TakingOff

A Silk Way West Boeing 747 freighter declared a fuel emergency over Dallas on August 4th, 2026, after missing its approach into Houston. Air traffic control caught the problem when the fuel math didn't add up and redirected the jumbo jet to a safe landing at DFW.
