At $36 this cam has pretty good video quality. I'm just concerned about potential focus shifting in hot climates.
An English version will be available soon for $15 more but to be honest I don't think you're really losing that much with the Chinese version if you don't need voice controls... For $50 you can buy better cams with a capacitor instead of a battery like the B1W ( http://dreki.tech/b1w ). For $35 this is on the higher end of performance vs price.
I always recommend spending more money on better quality dashcams if you can afford it instead of cheaping out. But if this is all you can afford it seems like it'll be decent enough.
