This is my first attempt at this sort of video tracking a hobby project, hopefully it's not too bad.
I purchased a 70cm (400MHz) Yagi antenna cheap at a hamfest but it was tuned too low of a frequency for my needs. I came up with a simple and effective way to neatly trim the 3/8" aluminum rods down to the required length to re-tune it for 446MHz operation using a few simple tools I had around the house or could pick up inexpensively at the local hardware store.
