In this free fluid art tutorial I explain in detail how to layer transparent and semi transparent paints and pigments to create this ‘jellybean bloom’ because all the colours we are using have these qualities this helps them blend into one another and be highlighted on a white pillow - if we were to use a black or dark coloured pillow we would not see the tube paints as they are transparent and we would only see the dark pillow through them.
We would however, see the mica in the two TLP pigments due to its highly reflective properties.
