Ok, ok, they don't really suck THAT much, it's just 7 things that many don't talk about for the most part unless you do to a lot of NAMMs yet is still highly annoying. Alas, that's a long title. Regardless, here is 7 things that annoy me (and many others) about the Winter Namm 2018 in Anaheim:
0:42 annoying drums
1:45 What to wear, or not
2:10 sweaty clammy hand shaking
2:42 Restroom behavior
3:21 crop dusting
4:10 a brief chat with my son (No this isn't annoying, but he walked in so now he's part of it 😂 )
4:59 Odd instruments that people love to rock out on (no offense... it's just hard to rock the harp! )
5:35 There are 1000's of new pedals released all at one time which is completely overwhelming to anyone interested in buying gear
6:49 Meet Mrs. Smith... no words.....
Question of the day: Have you ever been to a Namm? What's your favorite thing about it, and/or what's your least favorite thing?
EDIT: The cymbal thing was a JOKE! OF COURSE I can hear the differences between them. Just like you drummers make fun of us guitar players and our pedals, we tease about your obsession with cymbals, and heads, and snares, and etc. Lighten up! 😊
