1) Begin Freelancing-
The great thing about the world today is there are so many Entrepreneurs and start up businesses that there is always a Huge demand for people with special skills and talents.
Here are a few ideas on types of jobs we have posted for ourselves or have seen other people search for:
Video Editing - Photo Editing
Graphic Design - Writing Articles or Blog Posts
Market Research - Data Entry
Voice Over for Videos/Podcast - Drawing or Animation
Bookkeeping - Babysitting or Nanny Help
2) Food or Grocery Delivery - Uber Eats, Door Dash, Skip the Dishes, Instacart
3) Mobile Notary Public Service-
A Notary’s basic job is to verify a person’s identity and serve as a witness to them signing important legal documents. Many Mortgage brokers or Lawyers will use these services to have documents signed. You need to check with your local state or province to see what the requirements are to become a Notary.
When we closed on some of our earlier properties and we didn’t have the time to go out to the lawyer's office that was 30 min away, they had a mobile Notary come meet us to get the paperwork signed. The guy doing it said he makes about $100 per signing.
4) Become A Virtual Assistant
There are lots of different ways to find opportunities for this such as Fiverr or Upwork.
Some of the jobs people use a VA for might include;
Scheduling
Making Phone Calls
Replying to Emails /Email Management
Making Travel Arrangements
Data Entry
5) Run Errands for others- Task Rabbit
Task Rabbit is an App that has been around for a number of Years. You can earn extra income by helping people with Random tasks that they need help with. Some Tasks might include helping people move, helping put together furniture, doing yard work, or running an errand for someone like picking something up from the store and delivering it to the person.
With a quick search for Furniture assembly help in Toronto, I could see hourly rates ranging from $30 - $75 per hour with a number of people having completed well over 100 different jobs. SO you can definitely earn some pretty solid extra income with the right tasks
6) Couch Flipping- Go Check out Ryan Pineda who has some great videos about this.
There are lots of people out there that have furniture they need to get rid of quickly and they will pretty much give it away for Free or for a very reasonable price just for the convenience of having someone come pick it up and get it out of there house quickly.

7) Dog Walking/Pet Sitting - If you love Dogs but don’t have time or the place to get one of your own you can fill that void by becoming a dog walker on the side. There is a great app called Rover that can list your service to people in Need of a pet sitter.
So there you have it 7 Side Hustles that you could start today and start earning extra income. Most of these hustles involve downloading an app, creating a profile, and applying for jobs or letting people come to you to offer you work. All of these options offer a great opportunity to bring in new income that I would highly recommend you use to invest with.
Making extra money and then just blowing it on material things is a waste of your time and energy in my opinion. But if you use these funds to double down on your investing, you can easily set yourself up to retire when you are still Young enough to enjoy it.
