(Part 2) In this video, I'll share 7 jobs with you guys for people who would like to start over again, whether they want to make more money, need a happier job, or just don't want to work there anymore.
1. JOB #1
Entry Pay: $35,000–$45,000/yearHigh-End: $65,000–$80,000/year (seniority, overtime, union jobs)
Path: Entry-level route driver → Lead driver or trainer → Dispatcher or transportation supervisor
Training: CDL with passenger (P) and school bus (S) endorsementsCost: $0–$3,000 (many transit companies provide free training)
2. JOB #2
Time to Start: 6 months – 2 yearsEntry Pay: $40,000–$50,000/yearHigh-End: $80,000–$95,000/year (with automation, PLC, or electrical certifications)
Path: Attend technical school or start an apprenticeship → Gain hands-on experience → Specialize in electrical, hydraulic, or PLC systems for higher payTraining: Certificate or associate degree from trade/tech school OR on-the-job/apprenticeship training
Cost: $0–$15,000 (some employers/trainings are paid or covered by grants, especially in high-demand areas)
3. JOB #3
Time to Start: 2–6 weeks (in-house job) or 1–3 months (independent)
