Print Seasonal Napkins with COLOP e-mark Crafty not Shifty 2020-12-18 | Hello crafty friends today I'm sharing part eight of a new mini-series of e-mark projects that are quick and easy to make and a great way to get to know your printer. These printed napkins are a great way to make your napkins fit your table theme and even to act as place settings. You can use icons and text to print onto fabric, cotton works best however I've used a polyester blend and it works but the printing isn't as crisp as it could be. As the ink is water-based it will easily wash out of your fabric. Decorating for Christmas is something I really enjoy but it can get expensive, especially as you are building your stash of decorations. DIY Marbled Effect Using Resin Crafty not Shifty 2020-02-11 | I've never tried using resin before but I'm seeing it everywhere right now on Instagram and Pinterest so I really wanted to give it a try. Leisure Arts have created resin kits with everything you need for your resin crafts, well apart from the item to add the resin to . . . . . but don't worry they have that covered too as an add on item. I'll be using the Resin kit to create a DIY marbled effect on a breakfast in bed tray and coasters. It's the perfect craft for Valentines day, Mothers day or an anniversary. How to make a vision board Crafty not Shifty 2020-01-07 | I'm starting 2020 with some goal setting and visualisation. At this time of year many of us take the time to reflect on how the last year has gone and what we would like to bring into the new year. For me that means setting goals and writing them down. As a visual learner I felt that this year instead of simply writing a list and tucking it away in that back of a planner I would create a vision board and place it somewhere I would see it every single day. It's said that if we see our goals we are more likely to focus on them and to stick to them so for todays video I'll be walking you through the making of my vision board, sharing my goals and giving tips on how to set your own goals and stick to them.
