rules:
1. use the palette supplied in the video (if the color palette is not shown you can use regular colors!!)
2. background must be black with white/red details depending on what part you get
3. no app watermarks please! (flipaclip and kinemaster exceptions only!)
4. no gatcha
5. audio isn't required but it is suggested
6. put down why your favorite oc of yours is your favorite to prove that you've read the rules (i stole this from my last part because i cant think of anything else)
7. first come first serve! if i heart and reply that means you're in. must a recent animation example (within the last 2 months at least)
8. 2 parts max!!
11. please add lyrics in the background to your part!! they can be any color
12. you have 2 weeks to finish your part(s). if needed a one week extension will be added but you must have a wip to prove you're working on it
13. go bonkers on your part, just no excessive gore and no nsfw
