Did you like *2.0* or my original cover more? _*What section/timestamp was your favourite?*__________________________________________________________________________________________*🤔What was your approach with this one?*I approached this composition similarly to Crucified 2.0 (youtube.com/watch?v=6QTsNrEycuE), focusing on a powerful choir (different to the softer tone of 1.0, my original cover).The song itself is fundamentally basic and repetitive in structure, which posed a challenge to arrange in my orchestral style without going stale. As such, I approached it differently with every repetition to try to circumvent this.Whenever I cover Pop/Rock songs like Crucified or ABBA, I take a lot longer to arrange them as they are quite simple in structure (lots of hours are spent writing new parts all over the track for the sake of freshness and variety :), so I hope you can appreciate that!One thing to note, I have completely rebuilt my orchestral template from scratch to set a new standard for the channel. Based on @MegMew's Rip - youtube.com/watch?v=5jGBPMBKz90 Please do subscribe and drop a like if you did enjoy it!:)I made this entirely from scratch to bring you a clean version of this fantastic soundtrack from Yugo Kanno!I've wanted to do this one for a long time, but there were no rips of it, till last night when MegMew decided to rip it! (Thank you!)He has decided to name it - New Beginning Which I think is very fitting, but I do like the sound of it being called - The End.I found it so majestic that I had to pause studying to transcribe it!Everything was transcribed by ear onto Musescore 4, and all other ideas were written and rewritten for either dramatic effect, or another perspective on the circumstances presented. As a beginner, this project took me approximately 5 hours, from transcribing to polishing the final mix (I'm still surprised by how fast I did it!). I hope this is good enough till the official OST releases. This time, I added no embellishments and tried staying true to the original for most of the piece, only changing the instrumentation slightly at the final chorus to accentuate the strings. Based on MegMew's Rip - youtube.com/watch?v=Yl3o2v_tnzYPlease do subscribe and drop a like if you did enjoy it!:)I made this entirely from scratch to bring you a clean version of this fantastic soundtrack from Yugo Kanno!This piece is one I've wanted to do for a long time, but I saved it till a bit later so I can get better at orchestrating so I can do it the justice it deserves!!!Genuinely one of my all-time favourite JoJo soundtracks, and I'm not surprised that it's coming from the Stone ocean OST!I decided to follow the naming of @MegMew since I think it's pretty fitting for the situation, and would generally be a better title than 'Universe Reset Theme'.Everything was transcribed by ear onto Musescore 4, and all other ideas were written and rewritten for either dramatic effect, or another perspective on the circumstances presented. Stone Ocean OST - Life And Death Matter (Pucci Time Stop) [JoJos Bizarre Adventure] Yaya Orchestra 2023-01-09 | Please do subscribe and drop a like if you did enjoy it!:)I re-orchestrated this theme that was originally from Part 3 (Stardust Crusaders) since it was used in Part 6 (Stone Ocean), especially since it's the perfect contrast between the parts, it was famously used in Pt3 when Jotaro had the magnet under his finger in stopped time, which obviously led to Dio noticing his movement, this is that scene but mirrored with the roles switched between the two sides.Unlike my last upload, the track already exists in a clean format, however, I did a few embellishments and extensions here and there to make it unique to Stone Ocean through Pucci's themes and Motifs; let me know if you caught them :)I will now take it upon myself to try other Stone Ocean Batch 3 pieces :)If you also are a pro at this stuff and have feedback for me please do pass it on ! :DIf you'd like to repost or use this, please ask me by email at PianistYaya@gmail.com - much love!
JJBA Stone Ocean: Made in Heaven Theme [Full Version] (Heavens Plan) Yaya Orchestra 2023-01-06 | Please do subscribe and drop a like if you did enjoy it!:)I made this entirely from scratch to bring you a clean version of this fantastic soundtrack from Yugo Kanno!Backstory - Okay, so I started practising orchestral music a few months back but never really completed a whole piece other than One Winged Angel (which I just found a file for), that was until Stone Ocean's OST never released. This is where I decided to take it upon myself to transcribe everything by ear onto Musescore 4 for the first time to recreate what MegMew ripped from the anime through all the Kontakt Libraries that I owned. As a beginner, this project took me about 110 hours, from transcribing, to polishing the final mix. I hope this is good enough till the official OST releases.
