Today I am trying another thin paint swipe on a very large canvas. I was surprised that I didn't get much of a cell reaction and when I edited the video, I remarked that it was because I didn't use any Floetrol, but that is not correct! I DID use Floetrol. Lots of it! So I don't know why! LOL. That's why I decided to give it a spritz of CRC Liquid Silicone. Please scroll to the bottom of this box to get the full details on colors and recipe ratios!

Today's colors: Colorarte Vivid Intense Fluid Paints in Paynes Grey, Phthalo Blue and White. They were mixed 3 parts Liquitex Pouring Medium, 2 parts Floetrol and one part paint. Treasure Gold in Aquamarine, Antique Copper and Blue Quartz were mixed the same way, but a bit of water was added to bring them to the same consistency as the Vivid Intense paints (to which NO water was added). The base coat was Artist's Loft Silver.
