Know Before You Go!!!! Don't assume that foreign countries have international mail and package delivery services. A hugh country like Mexico, with 32 federal entities and 31 individual states, has something quite different than what US citizens are used to regarding the United States Postal Service.
Since this broadcast, I've learned that Mexico does have a service called "CORREOS DE MEXICO (formerly Seponmex). Yes, Mexico has a national postal service called Correos de México (formerly Sepomex). However, unlike the USPS, door-to-door delivery is inconsistent, and packages are frequently handled by private couriers like DHL, FedEx, or Estafeta.
