Today's colors (Artist's Loft Flow Acrylic White and Light Blue, Masters Touch Sky Blue) were mixed one part paint to two parts Floetrol, one part Creative Inspirations Gloss Medium and Varnish and one part water. You want a very thin mix for this type of pour.
