Is your ford f250 6.0 powerstroke sluggish at low rpms? Mine was and I checked around and found that the vacuum hose from the intake manifold and the map sensor was old and cracked. So for about a dollars worth of vacuum hose at the local auto parts store, I was able to fix my loss of power issues. In the video I say vacuum travels through the tube, its actually transferring pressure from the manifold to the MAP sensor. I guess I said vacuum because it was on my mind and in my hand.
