The Great Wall Of China's Popularity
Fun fact, the Great Wall of China originally wasn't one long wall. It actually was sections of wall that were eventually filled in to become one great long wall that we now know of today. Furthermore, the wall that we know of now, isn't the same wall (per se) that was started with.
Machu Picchu is arguably one of the most interesting and revealing places in the world. Why? Because it's through this city that we got to take a look inside the Incan Empire. This was a tribe that ruled a lot of South America for some time, including Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, and more. And yet, for a while, we didn't know that much about them, until we found Machu Picchu.
For the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio De Janeiro...the meaning is technically a bit up for debate. Because how a lot of people see it is very different from how other people see it.
Now sure, you might just look at it and go, "It's meant to be a representation of Jesus Christ of the Christian faith".
The Colosseum: THe kingdom of Rome was one of the most powerful and legendary empires of its time, or more accurately, both its time as a Republic and a true Emperor-led kingdom. But, in the time after the fall of Nero, a new Emperor rose in the form of Vespasian, and to help keep the people entertained, and to prove that Rome was moving forward, he had over 100,000 slaves (via a war with the Jews) to construct the Coliseum of Vespasian.

Let's start off at the beginning of things, shall we? The Taj Mahal as we know it was built by Shah Jahan, who was the emperor at the time in India. While he was the ruler, you could also say that he was honestly a ladies man.
