On Jul 21st, 1991, the extremely oversized icons on the Current Condition's page are rescaled as the layout is finalized. Also with this update, dozens of new Current Conditions icons appear for the first time; including night time versions. No longer would viewers see a huge blazing sun icon at 3 in the morning. :-)
Also receiving an visual update, although much more minor in scale, are the Extended Forecast icons.
