Join the science discord! discord.gg/pw5sZ3PTye In this video I explore some crazy ways to cook an egg, and kind of go into the science behind it. Plus, its a great excuse to break out the flamethrower! Making a squirt gun flamethrower is very dangerous.
I get a lot of emails asking advice on building a flamethrower: I can't stop you from doing it, so I will give you real advice below......

If you play with fire you will get burned, and expect/plan for the worst to happen - The gun catches fire and sprays you with flaming liquid. Squirt guns already leak with water, and will eventually 100% catch on fire when using it as a flamethrower. When this happens, calmly assess the situation. Is the tip on fire? Blow it out. Is the whole gun on fire? Put it down. Are you on fire? Don't sue me.

PS. Don't expect the flamethrower to last more than a couple hours. It's kind of a one time thing. Whatever liquid you use besides water will dissolve any lubrication in the gun, and corrode seals and o-rings.
