Engrave: 300mm/s @ 50% Power Diode + IR
Cut: 5mm/s @90%
Total job time: 13:30 (4 keychains, both sides)
In this quick and fun laser engraving project, I’ll show you how to design, engrave, and cut a custom acrylic keychain for my Jeep using LightBurn and the AtomStack Kraft laser — all in under 5 minutes!
We’ll go step-by-step:
- Trace your design
- Use the Offset tool for a clean cutout
- Add a hole for your keyring
- Duplicate and mirror for perfect front/back engraving
- Engrave and cut with the AtomStack Kraft
- Assemble and admire your slick new keychain!
