Cascais (in some peoples opinion) is the best place to live in Portugal. While I don't believe there is such a thing as one best place (apart from the best place for each individual) I can see why people think Cascais might be it.
In this vlog I'm housesitting for a week and give a brief look at coastline and around where I'm staying.

I enjoyed my week there. And although not a place I would live permanently I'll certainly be back to visit.
