At the Four Seasons Resort in Kona Hawaii we found the world’s greatest Caesar Salad. The restaurant was called Miller and Lux. This ridiculous salad was $28 per person (minimum 2!) and was expertly assembled tableside. I knew it would be wild so I got permission to film this video.
