I've been studying and working with snakes in the wild since I was a kid. I'm an amateur herpetologist.
This short video gives you a glimpse into U.S. east coast snakes in the wild. No snakes were harmed during the making of this video (which encompasses YEARS of video and photos).
Some of the footage is behind-the-scenes video from the documentary Rattlesnake Slide which never went into production due to COVID, but filmed over several years in western Maryland and south-central Pennsylvania.
