This past weekend my friend competed for her first time at River Hill Winter 2015.

Not only did she get an overall PB single of 44 seconds, beating her previous PB by over 12 seconds, but she also got an overall PB average of 54.80.

I am super proud of her and you will see both her and myself at Johns Hopkins in 3 weeks! :)
