My best DQ11 run~ We got a nice PB with some re-routing (riskier strats: Level 19 hero, skipping both hero's armors) and played well. We hit our goal of sub 550! Super happy with the run, while sub 545 is doable, I don't want to grind out a lot good RNG again I got from this run. Will push this down in the future if there are any significant route changes~ Shoutouts to Keeano who wanted to do a race that evening! -- Watch live at twitch.tv/creativeely

Slow/safe strats were used for the first 45 minutes
Amazing slayer to get some of the time back
Coralsus fight was terrible, but Jasper's fight was really good
Played the arena safe (not fast, but deathless), spider was good
Khalmari split was amazing, first try runaways no encounter between lonalulu and squid
Dora was decent
Kystalinda fight was below average, scuffled some of the shopping menu (underestimated gold)
Average scenarios
Tyriant fight was the best fight I've ever gotten
Poor Averith Fight
Bad casino luck and average booga fight
Slow Alizarith, Gyldigga was decent
Tatsunaga was alright, could have been worse
Final Boss Rush: Perfect Indignus, decent Jasper, perfect 1st phase, ok 2nd phase
Got into 3 dodge-able random encounters (cost 30 secondish), there are some minor movement/shopping issues, but overall fantastic run
