Today I am leading off the Pouring from Coast to Coast collaboration and I issued a challenge to my partners: feature complementary colors. It will be fun to see which ones everyone chose and how they tackled the challenge! My own results are quite interesting, though not at all what I envisioned, but that often happens with fluid art, right? Today's recipe and colors are detailed below, as always.

Today's colors: Artist's Loft Grey, Liquitex Titanium White, Grumbacher Thio Violet, Yellow Green and Dioxazine Violet. They were mixed one part paint to four parts of the following pouring medium (no water):
Pouring Medium (Dan Hodges' Recipe):
3 Parts Floetrol
3 Parts Minwax Polycrylic
2 Parts Glue/Water Mix (3:1)
