An Arlington family is hoping to get back a meaningful piece of their family story after it was stolen from their yard.
“Tin Man” was gifted to Elliot after he was born with a heart condition where the left side of his heart didn't fully develop.
The family says "Tin Man" may not be worth much money, but he means the world to them.
