This episode is all about our crusty cruisers! (PS. This will be the longest episode in the series so stick in there with us!)
This season we wanted to challenge ourselves while also making the trip "financially friendly" so each of us were given a budget of $500 to find a vehicle with 2 wheels and get it running before we took off on our trip!
Now $500 isn't a ton of money when you're looking for a bike that runs and also has a title, but if you do some digging, you might be surprised at what you kind find.
I personally ended up going with a dumb and dumber inspired DIY mini bike where I had to buy every piece individually and put it all together.
Andrew was lucky enough to already own a Honda Passport so all he had to focus on were his tires, unique panniers, and special "flare."
Thad ended up with a Honda Aero that was discovered by a group of Sasquatch hunters in the Florida Everglades. It was quite the find!
Finally there was Zack with his Tomos Targa. A tried and true pedal driven motorcycle straight out of Slovenia.
Together we formed a real rag tag group of eyesores!
