We looked through feedback and talked to Minecraft developers about 50 Updates that will never be added to Minecraft, then added them in ourselves. Whether this is new weapons, from the Rocket Launcher, Cannons, Super TNT, Landmines or guns, Minecraft will never get overly destructive or OP items. There will continue to be limits to building to push creativity, like no chairs, paintable wood, windows, mirrors, or vertical slabs. There will also be no non-fantasy mobs added, including sharks, crocodiles, ducks, nor will Herobrine or poop be added. Minecraft will not be changing the names of items or mobs in the game or adding back the old Nether textures. Which of these features do you wish would be added? Let us know in the comments!
