I have good days on occasion, so like to try n do something when i do!...
Today was feeling pretty good so off to tesco's at 5 am to buy 2 boxes of chocolates and a thank you card...then off on my bike south to ride out to the stroke unit about 25 mile away i've not sen for almost 2 years to say hi and thank you!
