Type chrome://flags in your address bar. Search for Enables optimization guide on device and change the setting to Disabled. Relaunch Chrome.

Make sure Hidden Items is checked in your Windows View settings. Follow this path to delete the folder:

Open the Registry Editor and navigate to:

Create a new key named Google, and inside that, a new key named Chrome. Inside Chrome, create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value named GenAILocalFoundationalModelSettings and set the Value data to 1.
