After growing peppers for 30+ years across dozens and dozens of varieties, I've seen my fair share of stubborn green pods that just won't ripen. Sure they can mature and turn color off the vine, but not like tomatoes. For these guys, ripening on the plant is the best option!
Some peppers are actually grown for the green fruit, and that's fine. But if you're after more peppers faster and more reliably, then try out these tips to getting the fruit to ripen quicker and more consistently.
