Here is a week's worth of lunches I prepared for myself and my 4 year old daughter over the 4th of July week. One is a "flexitarian" meal that I sent with a burger, but you can easily swap in a veggie burger or grilled veggies for this grilled leftovers menu.
All of my meals these days are produce-driven, seasonal, and involve as little time as possible over the stove or oven!
