Minecraft Pocket Edition 1.3 Update! Confirmed new MCPE 1.3 features and Minecraft PE 1.3 update features that we need!

Some of the new Minecraft pe 1.3 features are confirmed by the developers but sometime it might get delayed. Should Minecraft pe dual wielding with shields get release today? Right now we cannot make shields in minecraft pe or pocket edition but it would be very cool to use a crafting table in Minecraft and make MCPE shields.
