Being a good software developer is not just about writing high quality code. It involves a lot of other aspects named soft skills that you can improve over time that will help both you and your team to become better.

In this video I share with you my list of 5 soft skill areas that I think important as a software developer. They are not in a particular order and their importance is subjective.

I hope it will help you to identify on which aspects you are already good and on which ones you can improve.
