5) Aiden Pearce wipes water off his phone
4) NPCs will bring out umbrellas, use newspaper to cover their heads, and walk faster with there head down.
3) Clocks in the world actually move
2) Engines in cars (front/back)
1) Cars will be left on when jumping out, and you can enter without having to put a key in again.
