Here’s the thing, though. I am not a gadget homeschooler. I like pencils, papers, and piles of books. Oh, and lots of coffee. Ahem.
My philosophy is that homeschool moms do not need all the fancy stuff.
These 5 things have ACTUALLY earned their place in my house.

My faves:
• Better binders from Staples - the cheap ones kept falling apart, and these have lasted for years. amzn.to/46ckq08
• File folder desktop organizers - they keep skinny binders and flimsy books from warping on the shelf. amzn.to/4ctHjzK
• A real pencil sharpener - one that actually sharpens without breaking the lead. amzn.to/4zt2yvp
• A hardcover poetry book - perfect for morning time, memory work, and just reading for fun. amzn.to/4qnTq78
• Thrifted, hand-me-down, and freecycle furniture - because sometimes the home budget goes farther on books and learning than on matching furniture.
I’m a big believer in buying what lasts and skipping what doesn’t. You don’t need a laminator to have a beautiful, happy, productive homeschool.
